Durham's Counter Culture Coffee Wins Awards
Counter Culture Coffee's Erin McCarthy and Jonathan Bonchak took home first and second place, respectively, at the Specialty Coffee Association of America's Brewers Cup. The annual coffee competition, which challenges baristas, took place in Boston from April 11-13.

Hill & Laettner Named NCAA's All-Time March Madness Players
Former Duke standouts Grant Hill and Christian Laettner, both members of Duke’s 1991 and 1992 NCAA Championship teams, were named to the NCAA’s list of All-Time March Madness Players. Additionally, Laettner’s buzzer-beating shot against Kentucky in the 1992 East Regional Final – a shot that was set up by a cross-court pass from Hill – was named the NCAA’s All-Time March Madness Moment.
