Three Durham Churches Among Fastest Growing in US
World Overcomers Christian Church in Durham has been ranked 16th fastest growing
church in the U.S. by Outreach magazine. Newhope Church was ranked 26th fastest growing, and the Summit Church ranked 96th. The magazine’s annual list of top 100
churches, released Sunday, was determined after 27,000 evangelical Protestant
churches were contacted by LifeWay Research to self-report data.

Durham’s Water Video Wins Second Place in National Competition

Awards’ TV/Video category for its educational video, “Understanding the Value of Every Drop.” The piece details the work the Water Management Department does
