Durham, Duke Parking Garages Receive Industry Recognition

The Duke University Research Drive Parking Garage and the Corcoran Parking Garage restoration were honored by the International Parking Institute as two of the industry's most outstanding parking facilities. The Duke University Research Drive Parking Garage, the nation’s first stand-alone parking structure to be certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, was recognized for Best Design of a Parking Facility with More than 800 Spaces. The Corcoran Parking Garage Restoration was recognized with the Best Parking Facility Rehabilitation or Restoration Award.
