Durham Tech Awarded Grant to Create NC's First Community College Debate Club

Durham Technical Community College was awarded a $19,000 Open Democracy Grant from the Open Society Institute for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a debate club, the first of its kind for North Carolina community colleges.
