Hope Valley Country Club Chef Honored
Clyde "Jay" Christmas, executive chef of the Hope Valley Country Club, was one of three chefs awarded the American Culinary Federation, Inc. Cutting Edge Award at the 2011 ACF Southeast Regional Conference.
