Purchasing Division Awarded Highest Honor
The City of Durham’s Purchasing Division has been awarded the Sustained Professional Purchasing Award (SPPA) for 2010; this is the highest award a purchasing department or division can obtain within the Carolinas Association of Governmental Purchasing.
