The
Carolina Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate presented local executives
with real estate awards recognizing creative projects on Wednesday. Jim Goodmon, CEO of Capital Broadcasting
Co. won for spearheading the revitalization of the American Tobacco Historic
District in Durham.
